Scott (he/him) is a NASM Certified personal Trainer with 10+ years of experience helping people create healthier, more sustainable lifestyles. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or looking to level up your training, he wants to help you feel stronger, more confident, and empowered without judgment or intimidation.
