Body Mind Wellness
Bust Anxiety, Stress/Trauma Patterns
Santina Giordano (Jor-don-o) is wellness facilitator, licensed massage therapist and specializing practitioner of Craniosacral Therapy and EFT Tapping. Trained in CST by the Upledger institute and EFT by the Gary Craig method. Santina has experienced tremendous physical, mental and emotional healing using CST and EFT in her personal life. Santina’s motto is “If you’ve got a body I can help.” She believes in the body’s ability to self-correct and encourages people to try different modalities to find the ones that work best for your body. Craniosacral therapy is a light therapeutic touch whole-body treatment technique that brings balance and healing to the central nervous system. It improves the flow of cerebral spinal fluid and aids the body’s natural ability to self-correct and release tensions. It induces deep relaxation and alleviates many symptoms caused by modern day stress and trauma, such as anxiety, headaches, chronic pain, PTSD, trouble sleeping and many other ailments. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a modality that utilizes focused dialogue while tapping on acupoints of the body’s energy meridians, much like acupuncture but without the needles. You are guided to tap on your meridian points by mirroring me while we dialogue. Tapping is extremely effective in releasing stress, anxiety, trauma, breaking patterns and releasing phobias.

Trigger Point Therapy
Adee Roberson is a visual artist, sound artist, and bodyworker. She has been practicing bodywork for 9 years, with a focus on providing body positive, and QTPOC centered preventative healthcare. She customizes her sessions based on what you need at the time, and what is going on for you physically, mentally, and spiritually. One focus, Neuromuscular therapy, is the application of comfortable pressure to trigger points or "knots" which helps to release and relieve pain by allowing blood and oxygen flow freely to the muscles. With this, she combines Swedish, Deep Tissue and Polarity Therapy to provide a nurturing and holistic treatment. Her goals for doing bodywork are to support people in their healing process, and to facilitate bringing the body, mind, and spirit into balance.
"Adee is skilled. She knows when to use strength and when to use softness and responds quickly to any feedback you offer. For the first time in my life, I feel at ease on a massage table. Adee's compassionate professionalism is a great healing to me. Her technical training and understanding of my emotional body and physical body as an artist and aerialist is invaluable. She has a great deal of empathy for how societal oppressions can be somatized and as such, I trust her with my body." - I.A.
