Action Plans

Our Action Plans are working documents that guide our business to better embody our mission of radical inclusivity.

These action plans are created and regularly updated in response to community input, internal education and accountability processes. Our goal is for each of them to reflect clear objectives and stated deadlines. We make them publicly available here in our commitment to hold ourselves accountable to our community members.

As we grow, we continue to identify improvements that we can make to better serve our disabled members. We will continue to implement changes on a regular basis, many of which are outlined in this document. This action plan also lays out changes that need to happen which require a significant budget.

The Anti-racist Business Pledge and Action Plan is a working document developed in response to our awareness of the need for ongoing accountability throughout our organization and naming our commitment to dismantling white supremacy. These are notes from the Small Business Reimagined Townhall, hosted by Erika Hines, Rachel Rogers, Susan Hyatt, Robert Hartwell, Sonya Renee Taylor and Nathan Barry. This document engages with the Anti-racist Small Business Pledge that EVERYBODY has signed onto, and includes a Land Acknowledgement.
