Maya Lin Sugarman (she/they) is a strength coach and powerlifter who helps clients build strength with confidence. Her approach combines technical expertise with individualized support. She makes strength training feel accessible and sustainable for beginners.

Maya specializes in barbell technique and powerlifting basics (squat, bench press, and deadlift). She uses progressive programming to help clients build strength over time. She works especially well with hypermobile clients and people who are new to lifting. Her sessions focus on thoughtful exercise selection, clear cueing, and long-term progress.
