Julia Marshall
Julia (she/they) is a NASM-certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, storyteller and advocate. She is passionate about helping people move their bodies, discover healing through movement and using one's voice for self-expression. Julia has a background in theater and choir and discovered running in 2019, eventually running 3 marathons in the next three years. Since then, they fell in love with working out and wanted to help others along their fitness journey.
Julia loves training a variety of different people, showing different exercises and encouraging them to not only listen to their bodies but also discover the difference between a movement that is painful compared to one that pushes them outside of their comfort zone. She recognizes misconceptions and stereotypes in the fitness industry and aims to challenge these by creating a welcoming, brave inclusive environment for each person they meet. Julia is so grateful to be a part of EVERYBODY and believes it is more than just a gym- it is a radical, life-saving space where people can thrive and express their authentic selves.
You can come across Julia teaching HIIT on Mondays and Thursdays at 9am, individual coaching sessions, playing soccer, singing or spending time in nature.
