Hazel Gutierrez

Hazel Montserrat Gutierrez (Goddess / Her / Ella) is a queer Latinx yoga teacher, intuitive Reiki master, meditation guide, storyteller, and curator of vibes, devoted to the sacred work of self-love and community healing.

She grew up in San Francisco, the daughter of Nicaraguan parents who fled revolution and rebuilt their lives from the ground up. They taught her that nothing is promised, so to lead with gratitude, show up for others, and that the most revolutionary thing you can do is show up with love.

And yet it still took years of her own journey through depression, anxiety, and survival to find her way back to herself. That journey from darkness to presence became her greatest teacher.

Now, Hazel devotes her life to creating the same opening for others. She weaves together yoga, movement, breath awareness, meditation, and ancestral medicine into experiences that are felt in the body and anchored in the heart. Her work lives at the intersection of healing and creativity, rooted in the belief that coming home to yourself is where love flourishes.

Her classes are held with deep reverence for the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're brand new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner, you will be met with warmth, presence, and love. When she's not teaching, you'll find Hazel dancing, writing poetry, eating something soul-nourishing, or walking barefoot somewhere beautiful.
