Sonny Koch

Sonny (he/him) trains people how to lift weights and build strength smartly and sustainably. He believes in providing a professional and supportive environment for all bodies and gender identities. He is all about teaching clients how to own the basics of strength training while talking classic movies, music, and the expanse of the universe in between sets. Sonny loves that the work people put in during sessions truly pays off in the outside world. One of the first things clients notice is that they simply feel stronger doing daily chores.
