Rae Marcos (they/them) is a queer, Asian-American artist and yoga instructor who guides creative, intuitive, and energetic flows. Their classes integrate Eastern philosophy and safe physical alignment into a mindful movement that invites emotional clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Their mission is to empower students to make decisions that feel right in their own bodies and hearts. Community and kindness are vital parts of physical, mental, and emotional well-being, so in Rae's class, be prepared to move and make a friend with someone new or within yourself!
