Jeffrey Cheetham

Jeffrey (he/him) is an artist of African and Caribbean descent, leading Afro House Lab as a space for grounded training, cultural connection, and collective growth. With a background in music theater and certification as a yoga instructor, he teaches Afro House as a practice rooted in rhythm, repetition, and flow—designed to meet dancers where they are. Classes are intentionally beginner-friendly, breaking movement down with clarity while encouraging personal expression, endurance, and musicality.

Driven by vibrant energy and a deep love for global culture, Jeffrey cultivates a supportive community where learning is celebrated and the dance remains joyful, embodied, and alive!
