Our online class programming began during 2020, when we were forced to close our doors for 6 months, and has now been expanded to a growing fitness video library that is accessible to all!
These classes include a wide range of movement practices, guided by our all-star team of EveryBody teachers and trainers. We recognize that there are many people who require or prefer the ability to work out from home, whether for convenience, comfort, or safety. Our programming is not just for folks in LA, but also for people in places who may not have access to inclusive spaces like ours, especially with the recent passing of anti-trans healthcare laws across the US.
