V. Craig (she/they) has deep roots in the L.A. (born & raised!) queer community as both an event organizer and small business Marketing Manager. As a Yoga and Spin instructor, they love being immersed in mindful fitness spaces while boosting other Instructors, Trainers and Wellness Practitioners that travel within EVERYBODY’s expansive sphere. Connecting with mind, body, and community is at the core of V’s cosmos.

You can find V. teaching a SPIN/YOGA combo at FEELS on WHEELS every Friday at 5p or in the wild walking with Lez at the Rez or organizing with non-profit Dyke Day LA.
