She’s worked with standout companies like ATB Law and the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group at Bouchon Beverly Hills — always bringing her signature mix of professionalism, creativity, and heart to every team she joins.

But HR is just one chapter of her vibrant story. A true creative at her core, Michelle owned a dance and performing arts studio in her hometown of Houston, TX for 13 years before taking her talents to Los Angeles. There, she built a name for herself as a celebrity tailor and TV/film costume designer through her fashion studio, The Kut Studios, and her colorful brand, Aunt Funky’s Closet, located in the heart of the LA Fashion District.

Her lifelong passion for sewing, design, and crafting has woven her into the worlds of some of the biggest stars in TV, film, and music. Now, she channels that same creativity and care into her HR career — blending her artistic background with a deep understanding of people to create workplaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired.
