Hello Everybody! Fall is in full swing and we are excited to announce the addition of some new classes, instructors, wellness services, and community events! We also now have Gift Cards available on our website for gym and class visits! A perfect gift for the upcoming holiday season. Also, please note that we will be extending our hours until 9pm on Fridays!

We've recently added a few new classes to round out our programming! Check out $5 Community Zumba Mon/Weds at 6pm, a new boxing class Tues/ Thurs at 7am, Physical Mind Pilates Tues/Thurs at 7pm, and Dance in the Dark Wednesdays at 8pm. MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: PROTEST FATIGUE IS REAL
What are you doing to combat protest fatigue? We want to highlight current members who are out there organizing, marching, and resisting in various ways, however big or small. What is your form of activism? What do you do for self-care? What is your favorite activity to do at EVERYBODY to recharge? Members will be highlighted in our newsletter and on social media as a way to encourage others to stay strong for the fight.

Spotlight on EVERYBODY personal trainer Justin Chow! Justin is a National Strength and Conditioning Association certified personal trainer with a background in the US Army. As a trans person, he understands the challenges to fitness the trans community experiences and he is committed to making training approachable and welcoming to all. NEW CLASS: BABY BOOT CAMP!
Our next four week Baby Boot Camp session is up on our website for signups! Next Boot Camp starts Monday November 27th and will meet Mondays & Fridays from 4pm-5pm. A great way to get a workout in while Coach Candy Pain guides your toddler in an hour of fun with a focus on coordination, strength, flexibility and listening skills. More info/ sign up here!
