This first ever EVERYBODY bootcamp is geared towards creating a healthy, fun and sustainable relationship with exercise.
The 5 week bootcamp series meets on EVERYBODY's beautiful, shaded outdoor patio twice-weekly and is the perfect way to get back into a healthy fitness routine whether you are new to bootcamps or a seasoned veteran.
Your bootcamp group will meet for 60-minute circuit-style workouts twice/week (Sundays 10-11am and Tuesdays 7-8am) from May 21 - June 20.
Classes will be led by EVERYBODY instructor Megan on Sundays and Leanne on Tuesdays. The $150 cost will cover all 5 weeks and is a great opportunity to shift your mindset to better attain your fitness goals!

About the instructors:
Leanne Pedante is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and lover of boxing, running, and lifting heavy things. She grew up on the east coast and lived a past life as a cigarette-smoking, booze-drinking, graphic designer before moving to California and changing things up. Although her relationship with exercise was not always a healthy one, movement now serves her as a tool for mental and physical health, and happiness. Leanne's goal is to help others turn exercise into a tool that truly serves them.
Megan Flowers is an ISSA certified personal and group trainer. She is also certified through the Pilates Method Alliance as a Pilates mat and Reformer instructor and as well as a certified SPINNING instructor.
I believe in the progress and not perfection philosophy. We are given this one body, this one home and it is up to us to treat it how we decide. It about creating the body that you will be your infinite body, wherever you may be at that time in your life. Its not always possible to be in our tip top shape or give the best performance. This is about being the best you that you are today.
